Ms. Herbig advises on the entire range of individual and collective employment law as well as the associated peripheral areas. Ms. Bechtel represents small and medium-sized companies as well as executives and board members in and out of court, both locally and nationwide. She also advises on all matters of works constitution law as well as on the application and implementation of relevant collective bargaining agreements.

In addition to providing ongoing advice to corporate clients on day-to-day human resources issues, Ms. Herbig and the entire employment law team focus in particular on restructuring and reorganization, operational changes and transactions.
