Procurement Law

We provide comprehensive advice over the entire spectrum of procurement law. We advise and support both contracting authorities and companies (bidders) in preparing and implementing or participating in public procurement procedures. We know “both sides” and therefore ensure that we are precise and sensitive and think ahead.

We make use of all available possibilities under procurement law for our clients in order to develop and implement pragmatic, targeted and economically sensible solutions at all times. In our advice services we always aim at identifying problems early and thus avoid potential conflicts in order to exclude any time-consuming and costly measures right from the start. For our clients, we always strive for a quick and smooth procurement decision.

If necessary, we defend our clients in reprimand and revision proceedings before public procurement bodies and courts as well as in all procurement law related proceedings (national and European appeals, preliminary injunctions, inspection of files, damages etc.)
