His constant goal is the early recognition and avoidance of potential conflicts. However, he also represents his clients in reprimand proceedings as well as in review proceedings before the public procurement chambers and public procurement tribunals and in other official and judicial proceedings related to public procurement law (e.g. national and European appeal proceedings, interim relief, access to documents, damages, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>John Richard is chairman of the Berlin\/Brandenburg regional group of the German Procurement Network (DVNW).
