Katharina Koch advises national and international companies on the entire range of real estate business law and private construction law.

In the area of private construction law and architectural law, Katharina’s practice includes drafting and negotiating complex planners’ and construction contracts, providing legal advice on construction and project-related matters, and representing clients in court in construction litigation.

In the area of real estate law, Katharina’s range of advice includes, in addition to assisting with real estate transactions, in particular commercial tenancy law as well as advising on legal issues in the area of portfolio and project development and asset management.
