Urania Dovas represents and advises German and international companies on all issues of IT and data protection law, including digitalization and e-commerce. She focuses on IT contract law (license agreements, terms of use, general terms and conditions, etc.), the implementation and documentation of data protection law requirements (including necessary contracts) and advice on cross-border data transfer, as well as advising and representing companies in proceedings before data protection supervisory authorities.
Further to her work as an attorney, Urania regularly holds lectures and seminars on current IT law and data protection law topics and publishes in relevant journals and handbooks on IT law and data protection law.
