Anes Kafedžić

Anes is specialized on all areas of public procurement law (classic tender procedures, procurement in the sectors, defense and security tenders, licenses, competitions and budget law). A particular focus of his practice is on the conception and legal accompaniment of tender procedures for public contracting authorities and the competent consulting of public contracting authorities on all relevant questions of procurement law in the course of the procurement on the basis of existing supply-, service- and works agreements. Moreover Anes regularly advises and accompanies national and international companies on the legally compliant and secure participation in public tender procedures. Anes’ practice also encompasses the representation of his clients in legal procurement law proceedings before the competent courts and the assistance of its clients in the effective assertion of and defense against claims arising from and linked to procurement law issues, e.g. damages claims, claims for access to public files and claims for information. Finally Anes also regularly advises his clients on all legal aspects from other areas of law linked to procurement law, especially all aspects of civil law and administrative law.
