Nikolas Graichen consults and supports tender procurements at any stage of proceedings. He advises enterprises and corporations as well as public clients on any matter relating to procurement law. For instance he accompanies public clients with tailor made solutions and helps with the conduct of procurement procedures in the range of acquisition of works, supplies and services. He represents his clients in reprimand and revision proceedings before public procurement bodies and courts as well as in all procurement law related proceedings.

Nikolas Graichen´s practice also comprises the representation of his clients in legal procurement law proceedings before the competent courts and the assistance of its clients in the effective assertion of and defense against claims arising from and linked to procurement law issues, e.g. damages claims, claims for access to public files and claims for information.
