The main focus of her work includes advising on corporate and real estate transactions, in particular conducting due diligence reviews, drafting transaction documents and leading negotiations. Johanna Marie Winkler’s area of practice also includes providing ongoing advice to companies on all structural matters, such as capital measures and reorganizations.
In addition, Johanna Marie Winkler advises shareholders and managing directors in the context of shareholder and board disputes in and out of court and in the preparation and holding of disputed and consensual shareholders’ meetings.
